If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it to us for a full refund if it’s as good as new. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the received date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We must have the physical product before your refund is issued. No refunds on sale items. We do not accept returns on custom, sale, pre-orders couture or runway garments.
Exchange Policy
If your item is the incorrect size, you are eligible to exchange your purchase. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We’ll notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
